Time to get out there, into the real world that is. As a recent graduate of Columbia College Chicago I have left my commencement ceremony eager to enter the workforce and excited for my future endeavors. At times, the thought of this inevitable change was daunting but through the pursuit of my passion I have learned the very important lesson that is perseverance. When the cards are not in one’s favor, when the to-do list is longer than the grocery list, and when exhaustion is a mere understatement, this is when one projects their true colors. The question I would like to pose is on this day will you glow a fiery red, a calm collected blue or do you align elsewhere?
